BREIFLY ABOUT #teamnixon
Pediatric cancer impacted the Clarke family when, at the time, 5 year old Nixon was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, the family created this event to provide the opportunity to support others that are or will go through similar challenges. Less than 5% of all cancer funding goes to childhood cancers, this event helps bring much needed funds for research and patient wellness programs through New England’s world renowned Dana Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fund, specifically for kids.
Now in its 4th year, and more than $250,000 raised the event is played on one of the most picturesque and exclusive golf courses in New England, The Club at Spruce Peak. To support the growth of the event this year will see the kids tournament run separately from the open event.
